Burlingtonian named homecoming king at ISD

COUNCIL BLUFFS — Scott Tinkham of Burlington was named homecoming king at the Iowa School for the Deaf's pep rally Oct. 4.

Tinkham is a senior at ISD and is active in sports. He has been a starter for three years on the ISD varsity football team, where he is a running back and linebacker.

The team won its homecoming game 44–20 on Oct. 5 against the Minnesota School for the Deaf .
