Aman Computers acquires M-Insight for NIS 1m

Aman Computers has acquired software company M-Insight for NIS 1 million. M-Insight develops data storage applications and management information systems.
Founded by Dr. Nachshon Margalit, M-Insight develops models for data storage and sets up decision-making support systems for the defense establishment, government offices and financial institutions. Margalit is currently the head of start-up SpeechView, which develops systems to help the deaf, and recently signed a major contract to supply its products to Cellcom.
Following the acquisition, M-Sight will change its name to Aman Sight, and will be Aman Computers’ operational arm for management information and business intelligence systems . Margalit will continue to serve as the company’s technology and applications director.
