Concerns for missing deaf woman

ADELAIDE police expressed concern today for the welfare of a 72-year-old woman missing from her home for almost a week.

A police spokeswoman said the woman was last seen at her suburban Elizabeth South address on Monday.

She had moved there just over a week ago.

The missing woman also suffered from a mental illness and was deaf.

Hot conditions in Adelaide this week raised further concerns over her wellbeing.
