Six-member team for Asia Pacific deaf badminton meet

New Delhi, Dec. 14. (PTI): A six-member Indian badminton team will participate in the first Asia Pacific Deaf Badminton Championship starting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, tomorrow.
The team, including Sandeep Dhillon, Rohit Bhaker, Gaurav Muchhal, S Chandramouli, Ranjini Ramanujam, and Kajal Kumari, will leave for Kuala Lumpur tonight, the All- India Sports Council of the Deaf said in a statement here today
In the Asia Pacific Deaf Games held in November this year in Chinese Taipei, the national team had won a silver medal in the team competition, a gold and a silver in men's singles and a bronze in women's doubles event.
