Houston hearing aid company purchases Dallas locations

Houston-based Hearing Aid Express has purchased three National Hearing Center offices in the Dallas area.
This acquisition makes Hearing Aid Express the largest privately-owned hearing aid company in Texas, according to the company.
The three offices, all located inside Wal-Mart stores, will continue to operate under the National Hearing Centers name.
Hearing Aid Express operates 15 stores with 48 employees in the Houston, Dallas and Austin areas.
The company fits approximately 400 hearing aids each month and had 2002 revenue in excess of $6 million.
