Fulham Deaf Football Club
OPEN TRIALS DAY
June 7th 2003 - 1pm


Where?

Fulham FC Training Ground, Motspur Park, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 6PY


When?

Saturday 7th June 2003 at 1pm, bring your moulded boots, trainers, shin pads
and your own football kit!


Who?

Fulham DFC are on the look out for new players and will host an 'Open Trials
Day' to recruit male and female deaf footballers in June for both men and
women Fulham Deaf FC.. If you are a deaf / hard of hearing keen footballer
looking for a deaf-friendly football club to get involved with, please email
fulhamdfc@hotmail.com


What?

The season of 2003/04 will be Fulham Deaf Football Club's first ever season.
The Men's squad promise to boast of several International deaf footballers,
and exciting young players who have represented England Deaf at U21 level.
Fulham DFC has appointed Christof Niklaus who is the London Sports Forum
Development Officer, to manage the men squad. Fulham DFC also wish to set up
a women's squad to enter a local 11 a-side league to compete week and out.


Kids

There will also be a fun day for deaf children of all ages being run at the
same time as the trials, starting at 1pm.


If you want to be involved with Fulham Deaf Football, get yourself down to
Motspur Park at 1pm.


Fulham DFC are also seeking a secretary and kit-manager to oversee
secretarial and kit duties respectively. Should you be interested, please

After the trails, there will be an open gathering at the nearby Earl Beattie
pub, opposite Motspur Park Station, 200 metres from the Fulham FC Training
campus to celebrate the birth of Fulham Deaf FC.
