MD School for the Deaf student is struck by a car

FREDERICK, MD MAY 2- Frederick Police are investigating an accident that injured a 17-year-old student at the Maryland School for the Deaf.

Police said it happened last night in the 2-hundred block of South Market Street. The girl was trying to walk across the street when she was hit by a pick-up truck. She was treated and released at Washington County Hospital. No charges have been filed.
