Hearing Aid Company Barred From Doing Business

SOUTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. -- Two Rhode Island men have been put out of business in South Attleboro.
The state has barred Phirong Phat and Phillip Huy, both of Cranston, from selling and repairing hearing aids.
The two have been ordered to offer refunds to customers of Fishbein Hearing Aids.
Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly said neither of the men have a license to sell or repair hearing aids.
