· York College 3, Gallaudet 1; Kerry Casperson had 17 kills as the Spartans survived a tough match in their CAC opener, posting a 30-28, 31-33, 30-25, 30-20 victory.
Kristen Hoffman had 13 digs, four kills and three aces for York College, and teammates Jillian Zambori had 13 assists and Carla Gray added 12 digs.
