The Panhandle Council for the Deaf is offering American sign language classes for nine weeks beginning Tuesday. Beginning and intermediate classes are being offered. Classes will begin at 6 p.m. and end at 7:20 p.m., and take place at the Paramount Baptist Deaf Church at 3817 Holiday St. Cost is $25.
