Center for deaf to open

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center Inc. will host a grand opening from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 5340 N. Fresno St., Fresno.

The celebration will begin with a Chain of Hands connecting members of the community hand to hand from the center's old location to its new one. A formal ceremony follows.
