WHO WON STATE GAMES OF THE WEEK

10. California School for the Deaf (Fremont) 44, California School for the Deaf (Riverside) 10. In the only annual NorCal vs. SoCal matchup in the state each year, the NorCals beat the SoCals, 44-10. The Fremont team dominated on the scoreboard with several big plays, including a 42-yard interception return TD by Carlton Williams, a 29-yard fumble return TD by Oscar Padilla and a 80-yard TD run by Chris Ivory. The Riverside school scored the last 10 points in the fourth quarter, including a 79-yard TD run by Jeremy Hawkins. CSDF improved to 5-2 and broke a two-game losing streak. CSDR fell to 4-3.
