SC School for the Deaf & Blind Chair Painting Auction

Students at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind teamed up with local leaders and celebrities to paint chairs of many colors.  Connie LeGrand and Andy Gobeil were among those to try their hand at a new trade.  Connie and her partner picked a basketball theme. Andy and his partner went for an M & M makeover.

The unique items will be auctioned off Thursday, November 6, 2003, at the First National Bank of Spartanburg at 215 North Pine Street.  A cocktail and reception will accompany the silent auction.
