Murder investigation leads Paterson police to deaf, mute man

(12/23/03) PATERSON - Police in Paterson are looking for a deaf, mute man in connection with a weekend murder. Authorities believe the man, known as "Mundo," fatally shot 25-year-old Miguel Pomales Saturday morning.

Investigators say the shooting occurred in front of a home on East 18th Street. Anyone with information on the 23-year-old suspect is asked to call the Paterson Police Department at 973-321-1111
