DURBAN, South Africa (AP) - Slovakia's Martina Moravcova won the 200-metre freestyle Sunday, giving her six gold medals at a World Cup swim meet and victories in every event she entered.
Staciana Stitts of the U.S. picked up a second gold medal, winning the 50-metre breaststroke in 31.60 seconds. She also won the 100 breaststroke Friday.
Over the past two days, Moravcova also won the 50-metre freestyle, the 100-metre freestyle, the 50-metre butterfly, the 100-metre butterfly and the 100-metre individual medley.
Moravcova won her latest gold in one minute 56.30 seconds. She had wanted to break 1:56.
"I'd say I've had a heavy weekend," she said. "I'm tired but I'm pleased with my results."
Germany's Steffen Driesen picked up a third gold medal, winning the 100 backstroke. South Africa's Terence Parkin, who is deaf and won an Olympic silver medal in the 200 breaststroke, easily won at that distance Sunday.
