Gooding -- Angel Ramos' job is on the line.
The superintendent for the Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind goes before the State Board of Education in a hearing in Boise this week.
School employees and parents met with the board in May to discuss concerns with Ramos. He was put on administrative leave July 30th.
The hearing is scheduled to start Monday and expected to last at least one week.
McDevitt will make a nonbinding recommendation to the board after hearing arguments from Ramos and his opponents. The state board will then make the final decision about Ramos' status
