Deaf Expo™ Announces 2004 Shows
(SIOUX FALLS(Sioux Falls, S.D. — March 16, 2004) Following the successful debut of a bi-coastal format last year, Deaf Expo™ announced that DEAF EXPO 2004 shows have been confirmed at Fort Washington, Penn. in May and Anaheim, Calif.ornia in November. National Sponsors are Sprint Relay and Wynd Communications, the event's exclusive wireless service.
With the wide variety of exhibits providing information on services and products, deaf Deaf and hard of hearing consumers would appear to be the obvious audience. However, sign language and deaf culture students, family members, associates, professionals in the field, and representatives from business and government agencies also benefit from attending Deaf Expo™.
This year, Deaf Expo™ continues to strengthen its community outreach efforts through an event sponsorship with Champion Search, a talent show hosted in 12 cities across the U.S. and Canadaew York.
"After 11 years of shows on the West Coast and, now, with the addition of our East Coast shows, Deaf Expo continues to stand out with its innovation and reputation for setting trends," said David Rosenbaum, Deaf Expo director. "We appreciate the continued opportunity to participate in stimulating community and business opportunities and increasing awareness as to the needs and abilities of deaf consumers."
With over 80,000 patrons attending since 1983, Deaf Expo has come to be regarded as the largest consumer trade show in the country that is targeted at the deaf Deaf and hard of hearing market. Exhibitors utilize this opportunity to announce their new products or unveil their latest services to a savvy audience of targeted consumers.
