Four Williamson County residents are serving on The League for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing's board of directors for 2004.

Serving a second term as board chairman is Tom Loventhal, Loventhal Insurance. Les Hutchinson, Ph.D., president and CEO of the League, serves as a corporate officer.

Two new board members include Rogers Anderson, Williamson County mayor, and Bob Geldreich, Methodist Publishing House.

"The League benefits from the continued leadership of Tom as our board chairman as well as the addition of Rogers and Bob, two talented, community-minded individuals who are committed to helping those who are deaf and hard of hearing," Dr. Hutchinson said.

The League has served the Middle Tennessee region since 1927 as the sole provider of qualified interpreters and comprehensive services to the deaf and hard of hearing. For more information on its services and programs, call 248-8828 (voice/TTY) or visit www.leagueforthedeaf.com.
