Vitac names chairman, CEO

Vitac, a captioning and subtitle service that has a presence in Pittsburgh, named Patricia Prozzi chief executive officer and Joe Karlovits chairman. Prozzi has 25 years' experience and spent seven years at AT&T Wireless, where she led the Northeast region. Afterward, she began DQE Communications, a fiber and broadband division of the electric utility. Later, she began the consulting firm, ProVision Management Partners. Karlovits was co-founder of Vitac in 1986.
