MOVIES OPENING THIS WEEK
White Chicks, starring Shawn and Marlon Wayans (from Sony Picture) and Two Brothers, about twin tigers separated at birth and then reunited years later (from Universal Pictures), open this week with closed captions and descriptions in select theaters equipped with MoPix technology. Spider-Man 2 (from Sony as well) opens on Wednesday, June 30 with cc and dvs in select locations. Some theaters were able to offer us their schedules for Spider-Man 2, and those listings have also been included below. Enjoy!
WHO LIVES IN A PINEAPPLE UNDER THE SEA?
We're starting to get inquiries as to whether The Spongebob Squarepants Movie, due out this November, will be accessible. We caption the Nickelodeon series here at the Media Access Group, and have many Spongebob fans on staff. However, our little group does not compare to the legions of Spongebob fans out there. The studio that is releasing the films is Paramount. Your advocacy will definitely help on this one.
