Dear Sponsors and Friends:

On Saturday night, October 30, 2004, WRAD, Inc. will host a 3rd HALLOWEEN COSTUME BALL for the deaf and hard of hearing community and their friends at the beautiful and huge Friendship Auditorium in Los Angeles near Griffith Park with plenty of free parking spaces.

Once again, we plan to have an exciting competition of different costume categories with cash prizes . Our judges that night are Entertainment and Design Professionals. We expect a turnout of approximately 350 people. Last year we had a successful turnout of around that number at the Burbank Hilton in Burbank, California. Admission to the Costume Ball will be $25 per person and $30 per person at the door if we have spaces left.

We are offering you the opportunity to put your support in our event by having an exhibition booth in the halls of the Friendship Auditorium, just outside our ballroom. This will enhance the growth of business or organization and provide more recognition for your products and services.

The price of a booth is $200 for commerical exhibits and $150 for non-profit organizations. The fee includes:

1) Two Halloween Ball admission tickets . ( $50 value)
2) One table with draping.
3) Two chairs and one wastebasket.

Please note that the fee does not include electrical set up, extra carpets, or AV equipment. Please contact the WRAD Office for further rental information.

The DEADLINE date to insure your business/organization name in our Sponsorship list is October 13, 2004 . Reservation payment in full must be received no later than October 16th. Make a check payable to WRAD, Inc, PO BOX 3211, Quartz Hill, California 93586.

The exhibit hall will be available for set up on Saturday, October 30th, from 6pm until 7pm. Removal can be accomplished immediately after the closure of the Ball around one in the morning on Sunday October 26th. The Halloween Ball is from 8:00pm until 1:00am. Exhibits will be open from 8pm until midnight or a little after that.

FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP

We are also looking for sponsors to:

1) Host the entertainment.
2) Supply Halloween assortments.
3) Supply Balloons for the Halloween Ball.
4) Help pay our rental of equipment.
5. Pay for refreshments.

There are many places for you to stay in Los Angeles if you come to the Halloween Costume Ball. You may also consider attending the famous West Hollywood Costume Parade on Halloween night ( October 31st) as traditionally over 200,000 people parade the streets of Santa Monica Blvd. We are also planning a Get-Together party for our group on Friday October 29th in the Hollywood area and will be giving you more details later.
