Bill Schwall was named director of operations

Bill Schwall was named director of operations for the Flint-based Communication Access Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Inc.'s Video Relay Service/Video Remote Interpreting Programs. He will serve as the lead facilitator for the expansion of the programs. The center uses technology to provide its deaf and hard of hearing consumers with telecommunication service. Schwall has worked in the telecom industry for 11 years, most recently for SBC.
