Psychology Survey

Hello.  I am a researcher at the University of Florida who is interested in learning about Deaf cultural identity and attitudes about eating.  If you have the time, I would greatly appreciate it if you would take a few moments to complete an online survey.

The survey will take approximately 25 to 35 minutes to complete.  
You can access it from any computer you wish.  All of your responses will remain anonymous.  To participate, simply log on to http://survey.psych.ufl.edu/deaf and begin.
