SALT LAKE CITY (October 25, 2004) – Sorenson Media® today announced that its Sorenson Video Relay Service™ (VRS), an innovative communication service that allows deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals to instantaneously converse with the hearing world, is now available 24/7/365. Sorenson Media is the only VRS provider offering 24-hour communication service to the nation's 28 million deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
