Dear VRS User,

On January 26, 2005, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released public documents to clarify that certain VRS practices are not allowed.
The following practices were covered:

DENYING CHOICE OF VRS PROVIDER
DENYING INFORMED CONSENT IF INTEROPERABILITY REMOVED
CONTACTING PRIOR CUSTOMERS OR IMPOSING MINIMUM USAGE
REWARDS PROGRAMS
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS; VRI
SELECTIVE ANSWERING
CALL BACKS
