Having Sidekick problems???

Hello Sidekick users:

Many of us have experienced problems using our T-Mobile Sidekicks since last Sunday March 6th.

I called T-Mobile and they are aware of the problem and their engineers are working to fix the problem with their application. I do not know when the problem will be resolved so we will be able to use our sidekick pagers again. Let's pray it is going to be very soon because we really need it very much. For your information, you can still use text messages to send and receive messages on your phone message channel.

You can call T-Mobile and ask for a credit since you are not able to use their email and internet service. I got a $5.00 credit. The number to call is 1-800-937-8997 and be sure to have your mobile number ready when they ask you for it.
