AG Bell Live Chat on Cochlear Implant Technology Updates

Join AG Bell for a live chat on cochlear implant updates sponsored by Cochlear Americas on Thursday, April 21, 2005. Angela Wieker, M.B.A., Marketing Manager of the Progressive Segment of Cochlear Americas, will provide an overview of cochlear implant updates and answer participant questions. Angela has been employed by Cochlear Americas for 5 years and currently assists potential cochlear implant candidates and other hearing health professionals in learning about innovative technologies.

Chats will be held at 12:00 noon Eastern and again at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
The chats will continue for one hour.

You do not have to be an AG Bell member to participate.

Instructions for Joining the Chat on April 21
1. Go to the AG Bell home page. (www.agbell.org)
2. Click on the announcement for the Cochlear Implant Update chat.
3. Read AG Bell's chat guidelines and rules.
4. Click on "Launch Java Chat."

a) The AG Bell Chat window is a pop-up. If your browser is enabled to block pop-ups, please make the adjustment to accept the chat pop-up. This can often be done by hitting "Control" on your keyboard while opening the Chat window.
b) Your Browser will also need to be Java enabled, so if it isn't, go to http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp and follow the instructions.

5. Create a "Nick Name."

a) Feel free to use any name you'd like - this nick name will identify you when you join in on the chat.

6. Click "Connect Now."

7. Begin chatting!

What's Bugging Seth

As the rejections pile up, he finds comfort and romance with Alma, a double amputee, who knows how unfair the world can be. However, as Seth finds himself on the verge of love and success, the return of his old flame throws everything into question.
