U.S. District Court of Maryland Rejected Pinchas' 4th Civil Action Suit

Frederick, MD., October 2005 — William M. Nickerson, Senior U.S. District Judge at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in Baltimore, again dismissed Rafael I. Pinkhasov Pinchas' latest and fourth piece of litigation against Donalda Ammons, et al.

Judge Nickerson declared that the Civil Action No. WMN-05-629 is CLOSED.

The organization for DEAFLYMPICS, refusing to be diverted by Pinchas’ actions, continues to grow by leaps and bounds. It will continue to develop and to promote sport training and competitions among its members worldwide.
