Signs’ staff has been collecting materials in its seven years of producing WWWorkshops and is putting the final touches on categorizing over 100 signed and spoken English video segments. These videos represent a range of language use (ASL to SEE) as well as varying lengths, degrees of difficulty, topics, settings, and signer backgrounds. The stimulus materials will benefit educators and students needing to develop language and interpreting skills with new models, interpreters at all levels from pre-certified to certified 20+ years, mentors and mentees when needing materials for portfolio development and skill activity work, and Deaf interpreters needing Signed English stimuli with which to work on skill development.
